What is the refund policy?

This refund policy describes when members are eligible for a refund if they decide to cancel their plan on Yogami. Please note that a member can cancel their group membership, private training packs, group weight loss plan, private weight loss plan, therapy plan. They will be eligible for refund as per the policy listed below

Weight Loss Plans and Therapy Plans

At the end of the first month, if you are not satisfied with the progress, you can request a refund of the total amount paid, less 50% of the advertised monthly plan price on the website.

If you want to cancel your plan anytime after 2 days of completing the first month, you will be eligible for refund based on these terms -

Receiving a Refund

You can cancel your plan and request a refund at any time by contacting us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request”.

If you paid by credit or debit card you will receive a refund to the card on file, and the refund amount will be issued within 3 working days if you are eligible for the refund. It will usually appear on your card within 14 business days of refund being issued. Your bank/card provider may take more time depending on their internal processes and policies.

You can be opt to receive platform credits to use on other services, that can be issued within 3 working days if you are eligible for the refund.

By accepting a refund, you are choosing to withdraw from your program.
